Art Vent Creations

Lately, I’ve found myself leaning towards this kind of artwork to let out my emotions. Drawing plants, cute characters, and the like is nice but it doesn’t let me turn off my brain like this kind of does. It feels somewhat uncomfortable sharing this side of my art because it feels like I’m being seen, deeper than just the cute artwork; it makes me more vulnerable. 

I miss the version of me who was open and excited to share more about myself and I’m going to work on getting back out there, but I’ll take my time with this.

Here are some pieces I’ve made, I’ll let you interpret the feeling in each piece. I one day will love to use a canvas for all of this but most is done in my sketchbook, clothes, or well, my hands haha. I use pencils, acrylic paint/ ink, and some Caran D’Ache

As you can tell, I love maximalism :)
